DISC Consulting
DISC is one of the most popular behavioral analysis assessment tools in use today. It only takes 10 minutes to complete the assessment and the analysis report is generated immediately. This version of DISC will help improve communication, teamwork, help resolve conflict, and when applied correctly it can be used as a hiring tool.
This is the best starting place for developing high impact teams because behavior is predictable. When you understand how a person is wired you know how they will react in a given situation.

Leadership Training
Robert has been facilitating leadership training since 2009 and has trained over one thousand people and counting. As stated in his most recent leadership book: The world is changing, and our leadership style must change with it. The days of command-and-control and authoritarian leadership styles are out. Employees today want and need an environment that has collaboration and participation. Ultimately, your people need your time and attention. Leadership training is not a one and done activity, it must be an on-going activity. Those that commit to life-long learning and continuous improvement will outperform their peers and competitors. In our current environment leadership training can be delivered in person, virtually, as lunch-n-learns, book club masterminds, or as one-on-ones. Arc Flash Training
Why Arc Flash Training? Electrical and Maintenance workers that come in contact with live electrical components need to understand the hazards that they may be exposed to. What can happen and what they can do to protect themselves and those around them.
Robert has been teaching Arc Flash classes since 2010, with hundreds of technicians and electrical workers gaining insight into safe practices and potential hazards. Eight and four hour arc flash safety training is available. Not only is this training an OSHA and NFPA 70E requirement, it should be required by you as well. The goal is for everyone to go home safe!
